The Building Company is offering a Learnership Programme for the 2025 / 2026 cycle. This opportunity is designed for young, motivated individuals who are eager to gain practical experience and training in a retail environment. The learnership is aligned with the W&R SETA and provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience, enhancing employability.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete classroom-based training sessions
• Participate in structured workplace learning
• Demonstrate acquired knowledge in the work environment
• Complete all assessments and tasks within the stipulated timeframes
• Maintain a professional attitude and be eager to learn

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be under the age of 35
• Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Must have no prior work experience
• Must not have previously participated in a W&R SETA learnership
