Description

This permanent graduate position at FirstRand places successful candidates in various teams across the retail and commercial banking segments, including credit analytics, product and process development, technology, financial and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, and brand management. Graduates will work full-time while participating in the structured Graduate Development Programme, which includes monthly training sessions and an action learning project. Applications close on 29 August 2025, with final feedback expected in November 2025.
