Description

This job involves providing administrative support, handling documents, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and HR projects. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in HR, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong communication, planning, and administrative skills. They should also maintain confidentiality, work independently, and be computer literate. The job requires adhering to Rheinmetall Denel Munitions policies and ensuring compliance with ISO Standards related to SHE, Quality, Environmental, and Energy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support
  • File documents and respond to clients and employees’ queries
  • Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for vacancies
  • Schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability
  • Assist with the onboarding of the new recruits

Qualifications

  • Diploma in HR
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism
  • Strong planning, organizing and administrative skills
