As a Technical Intern, you'll be an integral part of our store's technical team, working alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, install and troubleshoot software, and provide support to our customers. You'll get hands-on experience with the latest Apple products and technologies, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software
  • Install and configure new hardware and software for customers
  • Provide support to customers on how to use their Apple products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repairs
  • Work closely with other members of the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of the store

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Completed A+ N+ Qualification
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (eg
  • , Windows, macOS, Linux)
