Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured learnership program combining theoretical study and practical workplace experience
• Gain hands-on experience in underwriting and claims processes
• Work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance sector

Qualifications

• Age: 18-35 years old
• Currently be unemployed
• Education: Must have passed matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (40% +) as well as English First Language or First Additional Language (40% +)
• Learnership Experience: Must not have participated in an INSETA
• Learnership in the past 18 months
• Location: Must be based in Cape Town, Gqeberha, or Johannesburg
