ACCOUNTANT PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT NETWORK

Our client is looking for a dynamic, hands on Accountant to join their team.

Developing, adapting and implementing new processes and procedures as well as the maintenance thereof, to integrate the business unit into the new/existing ERP system
Working closely with Product and Development teams to align business requirements
Taking ownership of the finance project and ensuring predefined outcomes are met
Handling and owning daily financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and adjustments Implementing controls to mitigate financial risk within a hyper-growth environment
Continuously implementing automated processes to scale with business needs Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, to align processes and procedures relating to the business unit
Managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial aspects of the onboarding and maintenance process, including continuing
development of the process at scale Taking full ownership of the-payment cycle to ensure complete and accurate payments processing
Resolving non-routine queries Preparing and reporting on business unit KPI
Reviewing monthly reconciliations Month-end procedures and reporting (income statement+ balance sheet+ operational reporting)
Analysing financial data to identify trends, forecast future financial performance, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability
Working with operations and compliance departments to manage finance related risk
Working closely with internal business stakeholders
