Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Help reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions
• Assist with collections and follow-ups on outstanding receivables
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements
• Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in internal and external audit preparations
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Help maintain organized financial documentation
• Data Management & Process Improvement: Work with financial software (eg, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) to input and retrieve data
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes
• Generate ad-hoc reports for management review
