Trainee Agent within the Kazang Micro-Merchant team

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Kazang’s products and services to end customers
• Deliver top-tier customer service, promptly resolving queries or complaints
• Report operational discrepancies to your manager
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to expand the customer base
• Stay informed on product updates and broader market trends
• Complete and submit daily activity reports to management

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Matric certificate (high school diploma) or equivalent
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English + at least one South African official language—or Somali/Ethiopian languages
• Basic computer literacy
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Preferred experience: Past exposure to sales, retail, or customer service (advantageous)
