We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Staff Back-End Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and designing high-performance backend systems using domain-driven design principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to best practices, and developing APIs that power our automation and machine learning capabilities. You will also manage and process massive datasets to extract actionable insights and optimize our systems for scalability and performance. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go, and Java. You should have proven expertise in designing scalable and maintainable backend systems, experience with relational and NoSQL databases, familiarity with distributed systems and scalability solutions, and proficiency in cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
