Description

The aim of our Learnership Programme is to award learning opportunities in the Private Security Industry to unemployed South Africans between the ages of 18 – 30 years. Black, Indian and Coloured Males and Females and welcome to apply. The qualification will provide the learner with the required knowledge, practical skills and workplace-based experience to prepare the learner to operate as a Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete classroom-based security training
• Undergo practical on-the-job training
• Learn to carry out standard security duties
• Follow industry regulations and company policies
• Demonstrate professionalism and discipline

Qualifications

• Must not be employed
• Must not be enrolled with any institution for a qualification nor be registered in any other Learnership Programme
• Must have a Matric (Grade 12) with English and a minimum of Level 4 in ALL the subjects
• Must be a South African citizen and be in possession of a valid SA ID
• Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age
• No criminal Record
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Computer Skills (MS Office, E-mail and Internet) will be an advantage The ability to work independently and show initiative
• Reside close to Centurion
