As a Software Engineer at Dotdigital, you’ll join a collaborative scrum team within the Product & Technology department. You’ll build and scale new functionality on a high-volume platform, processing massive datasets for global companies. This is a remote-first position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in supported regions. You’ll work with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other specialists to deliver secure, customer-focused code in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ship code in your first sprint and continuously improve the platform’s performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable services using Nodejs and React
• Work on high-volume systems, ensuring 24/7 uptime and data throughput
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate across product teams
• Contribute to the continuous delivery pipeline and automated deployments
• Apply best practices in information security at every development stage

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nodejs, React, and Typescript
• Experience in agile development practices, git, PRs, and working in scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working remotely in a software engineering environment
