As an Investment Service Consultant, you’ll work in the Client Service Centre, helping clients and independent financial advisers. You’ll provide exceptional service, build trust, and educate clients on investment options, contributing to their long-term financial success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
• Build client trust by explaining Allan Gray’s investment philosophy
• Educate clients and empower informed investment decisions
• Handle transactions end-to-end with accurate record-keeping
• Solve client problems and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Science, specializing in:
• Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business Management
