Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer (API Focus) to join a fast-paced, innovative team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing customer operations workflows and integrations across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and integration processes. This is an ideal position for someone with a technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for improving customer experience through smart, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using APIs and programming languages
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for BigQuery and other databases
  • Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, JavaScript, and related technologies
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (SFDC), including API and object management
  • Manage and automate workflows within Jira using JQL and Jira APIs
  • Develop scripts in Python and Google Apps Script for automation
  • Use tools like Tray
  • io to build and optimize customer lifecycle solutions
  • Work with Google Workspace APIs for integrated solutions
  • Deploy and manage applications using Google Cloud Platform
  • Implement integrations with Slack and other communication tools
  • Document technical specifications and operational procedures
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle including planning, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery
  • Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP methods
  • Experience working with APIs (Salesforce, Jira, Google, Slack, AI tools)
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
