ClearScore is seeking a Data Analyst with credit knowledge to join its Monetisation Team. The role involves supporting data-driven strategies, focusing on credit analysis and monetisation insights. The analyst will help shape product offerings, optimise revenue strategies, and influence the direction of credit products and user experience. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with data analysts, scientists, engineers, product, and commercial teams to deliver commercial insights, manage reporting, and conduct in-depth analytics.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Lead analytics projects, identify monetisation opportunities, and solve business problems through experimentation
• Collaboration & Management: Manage one direct report, work with stakeholders, and drive a “data first” approach across teams
• Reporting: Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and provide insights into user behaviour and credit performance
• Data Preparation: Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis

Qualifications

• Aptitude for statistics/mathematics (degree in STEM/Economics advantageous, but not required)
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL (especially within Databricks or similar)
• Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools (Excel, Domo, Tableau)
• Python knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of credit products, default rates, and user behaviour analytics
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership or project management experience is advantageous
