Description

To provide effective and comprehensive administrative support services to the Citizen Relationship and Urban Management Department (CRUM) to ensure the efficiency of the department's operations, particularly in integrated service delivery and stakeholder interface.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative requirements associated with integrated service delivery and stakeholder interface functions
  • Assist with general office administration, including record-keeping, filing, and managing correspondence
  • Support the administrative functions within the directorate to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • A National Diploma or Degree (minimum 360 credits) in fields such as: Public Administration Business Administration Public Relations Journalism International Relations Marketing / Communications Or a related qualification
