The Planner role at Totalsports in Cape Town, Western Cape, is a strategic position within The Foschini Group (TFG), focusing on merchandise planning, financial management, and stock optimization to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the buying team to maximise sales, optimise inventory levels and grow profit
• Analysis of merchandise performance with relevant outcomes proposed
• Effectively communicate, present and implement the product strategy
• Effectively communicate, present and implement the promotional strategy aligned to marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Science, Economics, BCom Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 2-3 years post qualification experience Advance Excel, JDA, Artur planning (advantageous)
