Description

Ensure that shearing service administration is processed according to company policy as well as providing good customer service to producers.

Responsibilities

  • Shearing services invoicing
  • Provide assistance to the Admin Officer in Receipts and Handling
  • Capturing FICA and shearing advices
  • Handling of TFO debtors accounts
  • Handling stock takes of TFO shearing equipment on AS400 system
  • Handling of shearing service queries

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Post-school degree / diploma will be an advantage
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • 2 years experience in administrative / financial environment
  • Valid drivers license will be an advantage
