Responsibilities

• Drive the Digital Learning Adoption Strategy through implementation of the digital learning strategy and leveraging on internal and external stakeholders as and when required to: understand the digital learning needs of the L&D team, the Energy Business and assist with curation of the relevant digital learning content, and associated communication and collateral where required

Qualifications

• 0-2 Years relevant experience Experience in implementation of LXP and Learning Digital Solutions Data Analysis, Data Scientist , Data Visualization using relevant tools / platforms Competency framework development
