To deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently managing point of sale (POS) operations, merchandising, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Handle cash securely and maintain accuracy in scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards
• Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks' clubcard program to meet participation targets
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions to enhance sales and ensure they "feel good and pay less
• " Provide friendly, professional, and visible customer service, acting as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12 qualification
• Desirable: Minimum 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
