. The Senwes Equipment Apprenticeship is a great opportunity for anyone who is keen on understanding how the company operates and what it takes to become a professional technician. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be placed in the company’s Technical Department, and you will be responsible for the mechanisation and maintenance of technical services that are to do with the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities

• Operate and work directly with diverse agricultural machinery to develop real-world technical skills
• Learn from seasoned professionals who provide continuous training and on-the-job mentorship
• Progress along a defined learning pathway that leads to a nationally accredited qualification
• Lay the groundwork for a successful, long-term career in the agricultural and technical sectors

Qualifications

• 18–25 years
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Matric certificate (or currently completing Matric)
