We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy intern to join our ICT Management team. The intern will assist in managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, supporting digital systems, and contributing to projects that enhance technology-enabled services. This role is perfect for someone passionate about IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users across the organization
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software
• Support ICT inventory management, including tracking and setup of hardware
• Help with system backups, updates, and cybersecurity monitoring
• Participate in the implementation of new IT tools and digital solutions
• Document IT procedures, user guides, and system configurations
• Assist with user training and onboarding for ICT systems

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and productivity software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
