Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance
• Promote a strong safety culture by compiling stats and driving awareness
• Hold legal appointment under Minerals Act Regs 2

• Ensure full MHSA compliance and maintain good standing with authorities
• Report incidents, investigate accidents, and update safety procedures regularly

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• National Diploma in Safety Management
• COMSOC 1 and 2
• A Valid Trade Certificate or Blasting Certificate
• 3 years relevant experience in a mining environment
