Description

Work with chemists to test water for chemical contaminants (e.g., heavy metals, chlorine levels).

Responsibilities

• Operate lab equipment (example, spectrophotometers, pH meters)
• Prepare chemical solutions and calibrate instruments
• Analyze data and contribute to water quality reports

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
• Lab coursework/experience preferred
• Knowledge of chemical safety protocols
