The core purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and data solutions by translating business needs into actionable insights. This role enables informed decision-making through the effective use of business intelligence tools, requirements gathering, data analysis, and the development of reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable data insights
• Use business intelligence and reporting tools to develop reports and dashboards
• Write complex SQL queries and validate data
• Apply knowledge of data warehousing concepts including ETL processes
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and quality
• (Advantageous) Work with healthcare analytics, claims data, and regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles
• Strong SQL querying skills and experience working with data warehouses
