As part of our learnership program, VKB Milling offers various learnerships. The learnership program is intended to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Engineering/Maintenance department. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through practical experience and a blended learning approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete theoretical modules and practical tasks as per the learnership curriculum
• Shadow and assist departmental teams Prepare reports and assist with paperwork
• Attend workshops, assessments, and feedback sessions

Qualifications

• Must be unemployed
• Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Diploma or a degree will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
