Description

The Human Resource Management and Development (HRM&D) department is looking for a driven Economics/Econometrics Intern to assist with data analysis, workforce planning, and policy evaluation. This role offers practical experience applying economic and statistical methods to support HR strategies and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR and labor market data to support decision-making
  • Assist in developing models for workforce planning, compensation analysis, and productivity
  • Support the evaluation of HR policies and programs using econometric techniques
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations based on findings
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies

Qualifications

  • A three-year tertiary qualification in Economics/ Econometrics/ Business Economics/ Statistics/ accounting/ Finance or related fields
