Responsibilities

  • Support with the setting up of new computers, printers, monitors, and other devices for staff
  • Support with the installation and configuration of software applications required by the staff, including office software, security tools, or any specialized applications
  • Support with reviewing the implementation of UNFPA ICT and digitalization policies and guidelines in the country office
  • Contribute to the organization of training and learning sessions (e

  • webinars) for staff members
  • Contributes to the digitization of processes and continuously improving the use of technology in the country office
  • Contribute to managing the adoption of any agreed changes to service scope quickly to minimize disruption to the CO operations
  • Responsible for operating within appropriate controls for changes in the technology environment

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree/certificate in computer science/information technology/information systems
