Nxatel is offering a comprehensive Digital IT Internship, providing immersive, hands-on experience in various IT disciplines. Interns will rotate through different roles, allowing them to explore and develop a broad range of skills in the digital IT field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
• Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Update Scrum boards and track the progress of sprints
• Contribute to the development of web pages, focusing on creating and maintaining index pages
• Work on front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native
• Execute test cases to identify bugs and ensure product quality
• Document and report findings to the development team for resolution

Qualifications

• IT-related degree program
