​Adendorff Machinery Mart is seeking a Retail Shop Assistant for their Welkom branch. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about tools and machinery, aiming to contribute to a dynamic retail environment

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• ​ Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet targets
• ​ Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays to enhance the visual appeal of the store
• ​ Stock Control: Conduct regular stock takes, monitor inventory levels, and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability

Qualifications

• Education: Senior Certificate (Matric) is required
• ​ Experience: Previous exposure in the retail environment, particularly in merchandising, stock taking, and stock control, is preferred
• Experience within the automotive, engineering, tools, and machinery sectors is advantageous
