Responsibilities

• The IT General Support learner will assist the IT Infrastructure team with building and IT facilities management
• Basic laptop and printer maintenance
• Video conferencing equipment and room support
• As well as the dispatching, receiving, and labelling of IT equipment
• Help with general office support tasks as needed within the team/business
