Responsibilities

• Process and manage reporting and insights requests related to people data
• Report on and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making
• Use tools like Excel, Alteryx, and PowerBI to create user-friendly datasets
• Provide training to improve self-service reporting across the People Function
• Support the production and delivery of the People Function Measurement Scorecard

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and draw insights from multiple datasets
• Understanding of people-related data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
