Description

KPMG is seeking dynamic individuals with fresh perspectives to join the Technology and Innovation unit as Data and AI Consultants. The role involves helping clients tackle complex strategic challenges using cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, IoT, advanced data analytics, and business intelligence. Consultants will be involved in all project phases, from strategy to implementation, and will work in teams to deliver impactful client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution using relevant software and technology tools
• Collaborate with teams to generate innovative solutions
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Conduct research and assess client challenges
• Manage project controls, track progress, and identify risks
• Engage with stakeholders across different levels
• Deliver high-quality client outputs, including data models and reports

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate, honours, or master's degree in:
• BBus Sci (Accounting, Finance, Economics, ISTN, ComSci, etc)
• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Information)
• BCom (Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, ISTN, ComSci, etc)
• BSc in Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, Statistics
• BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering (with IT/IS modules)
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google
• Experience with Python or Spark
• Experience with Azure Data and AI offerings (advantageous)
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Platform (advantageous)
• Certifications in Microsoft AI Engineer, AWS Data Speciality, Microsoft Fabric Engineer, or other Microsoft Data and AI stack certifications
