We’re seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join our core R&D team and help build our cloud-based platform. You’ll work across the stack, shaping the architecture, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members to uphold high standards. Responsibilities

• Build & Design: Develop Scytale’s cloud-based platform using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, microservices, and containerized solutions
• Architect Solutions: Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software
• Full-Stack Development: Implement backend logic, create intuitive frontends, and integrate with third-party APIs
• Collaborate: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform
• Lead & Mentor: Guide junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards
• Optimize: Continuously improve the platform’s efficiency, scalability, and maintainability, while staying updated on industry trends

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 4+ years in Node
