TAKE ownership of designing intuitive and engaging experiences for the B2B AI platform fast-growing UK-based SaaS company seeking your creative talent to be its next UX Designer. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help to deliver user-centric designs that drive engagement and retention, ensuring the platform is both accessible and effective for customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours
• Lead UX and UI design initiatives, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Improve usability across our platform to enhance user engagement and retention
• Build upon and evolve the existing design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conceptualise, design, and refine new features

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification equivalent to NQF 6 or higher
