Description

The TI MIBI teams focus is to analytically develop value adding reports and dashboards for the Technology Department from a variety of consolidated data sources, and provide support and advice to existing and new clients on how to show accurate reporting, trending and forecasting. They ensure that the manual work of compiling information for management presentation or operational benefit is automated and readily made available, as well as improve on existing automated reports / dashboards. The time saved through these initiatives can then be returned to the operational areas across the department while improving the visibility of metrics towards continued service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and track that all initiatives are logged within the ticket logging tool
• Do all ad hoc development requests (3 hours or less)
• Maintain / Update historic, new reports developed
• Provide support to the Associate Specialist / Senior Developer on large development projects

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• IT qualification or related
