Description

ITB is a flexible plastic packaging manufacturer and part of the Novus Holdings Group. ITB produces an array packaging for the FMCG and food markets. Its products include retail bags, security bags, FFS food packaging, heavy duty sacks and carrier bags which are distributed across South Africa and abroad.

Responsibilities

To undertake a range of tasks suited to the current level of training and development
To attend Trainings and complete course work on time and to a high standard
To produce, maintain and be responsible for content, accuracy and sign off portfolio of evidence
Ability to work independently and conscientiously
To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
To comply with all ITB Health & Safety, ITB Basic condition of employment, ITB Quality policies and procedures
To attend and participate fully in all regular training and development reviews with line management, mentor, HR representatives and service provider’s nominated representatives

Qualifications

Have completed Matric and passed Mathematics or Math’s Literacy and Science/or Accounting
Be between the ages of 18-30
Must be unemployed
Not studying at any other institution
Not registered on any other Learnerships
Be willing to undertake training, assignments, and workplace assessments over one year
