Description

The Learner role is a developmental position where the incumbent gains work experience while completing a registered qualification. Responsibilities include research, analysis, administration, and project work to support business objectives. The Learner must meet qualification requirements and may receive additional training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete a formal, registered qualification while gaining work experience
• Perform research, analysis, administration, and project work to support business objectives
• Identify and escalate risks that may increase costs
• Demonstrate cost awareness and adhere to financial processes
• Provide accurate product knowledge and advice
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Resolve customer complaints and collect feedback for service improvement
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency
• Work collaboratively with the team and share knowledge
• Create and follow a personal development plan for continuous learning

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is an advantage
