Description

This program is designed to prepare graduates for roles as Software Developers at top-tier technology companies. A Software Developer is responsible for coding, designing, deploying, and debugging development projects, typically on the server-side (or back-end).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training programs to learn programming languages, tools, and methodologies
  • Complete assigned coursework, projects, and assessments
  • Write, test, and debug code under supervision
  • Assist in developing software applications, features, or modules
  • Collaborate with team members, including developers, designers, and project managers

Qualifications

  • Female
  • Unemployed South African
  • Grade 12 with at least 50% in pure Mathematics
  • IT qualification will be an added advantage
  • Must be between the ages of 18-35
  • Must reside in Gauteng, closer to Midrand
