Responsibilities

• Verifying all physical tickets against extracted reports
• Ensuring all information as per the report extracted, it agrees with the physical tickets
• Categorise and organise data in a logical and systematic manner for easy retrieval and use
• Ensure all data handled is kept confidential and follows company policies and industry regulations related to data protection
• Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or issues
• Daily communication and reporting on any discrepancies found
• Consistently achieve the set daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the business

Qualifications

• Matric
• Computer Literate
