This unique opportunity offers a chance to work globally as part of Honeywell UOP's Field Operating Service (FOS) team, where advisors support UOP technology start-ups, ensuring readiness for commissioning and assisting with engineering and operating issues. Advisors may stay on-site for several months, working with various UOP-licensed processes and individuals. After completing a 12-month Early Career Program, which includes exposure to multiple functions such as process development and technical service, engineers will transfer to FOS for 3-5 years, traveling internationally to support UOP customers as process engineers and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month training program to develop skills as a FOS technical advisor
• Engage in independent learning and structured classroom and hands-on training
• Focus on safety, UOP technology, processes, and procedures
• Participate in 3-4 rotational work assignments in Operations, Engineering, Technical Service, Digital, or Business groups
• Receive soft skills training in cultural awareness, conflict management, and communication
• Transfer to Field Operating Service (FOS) for 3-5 years, with both international and domestic assignments
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to FOS, UOP, and Honeywell policies
• Perform field training, set customer expectations, and complete detailed checkout of new UOP process units
• Provide field technical assistance, troubleshoot, and suggest improvements on UOP process designs
• Advise customers on process operating conditions, emergency response, and long-term unit operation
