To offer exceptional service to all customers by providing knowledgeable service and basic advice on healthcare, nutrition and supplementation in order to maximise sales and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through visibility and proactive understanding of health and supplements
• Provide suitable healthcare, nutritional, and supplement advice to customers
• Drive sales by promoting a broad range of brands, cross-selling, and upselling to increase profitability
• Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management principles
• Prevent wastage through adherence to stock rotation principles
• Prevent stock losses by following risk management policies
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in-store to create an appealing shopping environment
• Assist with product merchandising by following guidelines and procedures
• Adhere to all store standard operating procedures
• Focus on personal development and product knowledge to ensure service continuity and share information with relief staff

Qualifications

• Essential: Matric (50% pure/ 60% lit)
• Essential: English 50%
• Essential: Pass in Life Science/Physics
• Desirable: Sports / fitness / nutrition qualification
