Description

To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operational activities and merchandising in store that leads to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently and on time
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets
• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and ensure they "feel good and pay less
• " Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador, offering a friendly and professional service
• Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store standards
• Support the company's vision by living and driving its values
• Stay updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
