Responsibilities

• Support product refinement, create tickets, and analyze development work
• Follow team architectural decisions and understand their reasoning
• Contribute to brainstorming and propose innovative ideas
• Engage in proof-of-concept implementations and consider potential risks
• Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and break down complex tickets, identifying dependencies
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, and enhance testing coverage
• Understand product adoption and release barriers
• Assist PM in developing strategic launch and release plans
• Promote cross-team collaboration for end-to-end solutions and Go-live activities
• Analyze product adoption and improve the customer journey based on feedback
• Play an active role in system hygiene and mitigate future issues
• Produce high-quality code to prevent hygiene issues
• Adhere to coding standards and stay updated on technology trends
• Encourage continuous learning and define personalized growth paths
• Handle complex tickets independently and drive continuous improvement
• Increase expectations for quality code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience
