Signature Cosmetics is looking for a customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team at Jozini Mall in KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store operations to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized experience for all customers
• Drive sales and turnover by motivating and inspiring team members to achieve targets
• Ensure visual merchandising standards create a beautiful store experience
• Maintain a clean, neat, and fully replenished sales floor
• Monitor stock levels, stock losses, and shrinkage effectively
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled
• Check stock take and cycle count variance reports, investigate variances, and escalate stock shortages to the Area Manager

Qualifications

• Matric, Grade 12, or equivalent certificate
• Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
• Strong customer service orientation
• A strong work ethic and hands-on attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs
• Basic proficiency with email and Excel
