Description

Perform bricklaying, paving, and concrete work related to water and sewer infrastructure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Submit job cards and complete check sheets and overtime sheets before the shift ends
• Fill in vehicle inspection sheets and logbooks daily
• Submit petrol slips monthly as per company policy
• Conduct risk assessments before excavation work
• Follow safety protocols according to OHASA, SANS, and Johannesburg Water safety procedures
• Use protective equipment provided by the employer

Qualifications

• Grade 10 or N1 (NQF2)+ Bricklaying trade test certificate/ Learnership NQF 4
• 3 years experience in building/Brick laying, paving (bricks
• Concrete)
• Basic supervising experience
• Valid code 10 Driver’s licence with PrDP
