Description

This learnership provides training and workplace exposure in the contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Participants will develop customer service and communication skills essential for call centre operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat
  • Learn customer service best practices and problem-solving techniques
  • Participate in structured training on call centre operations and BPO processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum qualification of Grade 12
  • Must be a person living with a disability
  • Submit a valid South African ID, proof of disability from a specialist, and documentation of highest qualification
  • Must not be currently enrolled in another learnership programme
