The 2025 Internship Programme seeks to provide recent graduates an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience for a period of twenty-four (24) months to complement their studies. The graduate recruits will be part of a supportive environment allowing for continuous development. The programme is directed at those who have completed their undergraduate/ post-graduate studies by the end of 2024 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating employee wellness programs
• Support health initiatives such as fitness challenges, mental health awareness, and stress management programs
• Help track participation and engagement in wellness activities
• Assist in ensuring workplace compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies
• Help conduct safety audits and risk assessments

Qualifications

• National Diploma
• BA Degree
• BCom
• B Tech
• Honors or Masters in Psychology
• Industrial Psychology
• Human Resources
• Social Work
