Description

The 2025 Internship Programme seeks to provide recent graduates an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience for a period of twenty-four (24) months to complement their studies. The graduate recruits will be part of a supportive environment allowing for continuous development. The programme is directed at those who have completed their undergraduate/ post-graduate studies by the end of 2024 academic year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching labour laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support in ensuring company policies align with legal requirements
  • Monitor and summarize updates on labour legislation and collective bargaining agreements
  • Help draft and review employment policies and procedures
  • Assist in handling workplace disputes and grievances under supervision
  • Support HR in conducting investigations on employee complaints

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma
