Indsafri is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Analytics and Business Intelligence with 8+ years of experience. The role involves providing expert insights, defining project objectives, training teams, and ensuring best practices in analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge in analytics and business intelligence to guide project teams
• Assist in the creation and review of project documentation, training materials, and process improvements
• Define project objectives, policies, and procedures in collaboration with leadership
• Ensure technical requirements and best practices are met
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
• Resolve project-related issues and provide expert guidance
• Communicate project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Lead and mentor teams, offering strategic and technical guidance

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Engineering, Information Systems, Commerce, Or any other related qualification at NQF7 level
