Responsibilities

• Project Contribution: Work with content specialists, data engineers, and system architects to deploy AI solutions
• Model Development: Deploy scalable LLMs and enhance NLP capabilities
• Data Retrieval Integration: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search techniques
• Automation Workflows: Design automated processes to improve speed and accuracy
• Performance & Maintenance: Develop AI performance metrics and ensure continuous monitoring
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure AI models adhere to legal and ethical guidelines
• Experimentation: Prototype ML and AI systems, evaluate models, and improve AI performance
• Industry Insights: Stay updated on AI advancements, LLM research, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
• 1-3 years of experience in data science (Essential)
• Experience with ML workflows using LLMs (Advantageous)
• Handling large, complex, unstructured datasets (Advantageous)
• Tuning open-source & proprietary LLMs (Advantageous)
• SQL and database management
• Python for data science and machine learning
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, and LLMs
• Familiarity with Azure services and Databricks
